We prefer payment in cash or via bank card, but we also accept credit cards (Visa and Mastercard).
For a binding reservation, we allow ourselves to request a deposit of €600 after booking.
Arrival and departure:
Our hotel rooms are available from 14 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11 a.m. on the day of departure. On arrival after 16 p.m. we ask for telephone notification. We ask for your understanding for the fact that we have to charge the full price regardless of delayed arrivals and departures.

Cancellations are only valid in writing!
- Up to 3 months before the start of the holiday: free of charge
- Up to 1 month before the day of arrival: 40% of the total package price
- Up to 1 week before the day of arrival: 70% of the total package price
- In the final week before the day of arrival: 90% of the total package price
Travel cancellation insurance:
We recommend our guests to get a private travel insurance cancellation when making a binding reservation.
With an insurance you can make sure that all expenses resulting from a cancellation due to accident, illness or death of the person insured as well as close family members before or during the stay are covered. Further information can be found on the website of the European Travel insurance company.
Terms of business:
