In order to make a binding reservation, we ask you to pay a deposit.

Rooms are available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival. If you arrive after 4 p.m. for any reason, we ask you to please let us know by telephone.

On the day of departure, we kindly ask that you vacate the room at the latest by 11 a.m.

We prefer payment of the remaining invoice by cash or EC card, but also accept credit card payment by Visa or Mastercard.

Cancellations are only accepted in writing.

The following cancellation terms apply:

• Cancellation up to 90 days before arrival is free.
• If you cancel between 90 and 30 days before arrival, we charge 40% of the total price.
• If you cancel between 29 and 8 days before arrival, we charge 70% of the total price.
• If you cancel between seven and zero days before arrival, we charge 90% of the total price.
• In case of late arrival or early departure, we will charge the full amount.
